Born with an innate drive to create and serve, Paul Antonio’s journey is a tapestry of diverse ventures, bold transitions, and a relentless pursuit of passion. After serving in the United States Navy he returned to Marysville, Washington in 2004, planting the seeds of his entrepreneurial spirit with the founding of Lo-Ki Entertainment. This venture saw him producing captivating music and video content for dance studios along the I-5 corridor, from Marysville to Issaquah, infusing artistry into the world of dance.
His love for movement and connection led to a transformative chapter as a Ballroom and Latin dance instructor at the prestigious Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Bellevue. For two years, Paul shared the elegance of dance, honing his ability to inspire and connect with others. In 2010, he channeled this creative energy into a new endeavor, founding Refined Taste Landscape. Over the next three years, Paul crafted breathtaking landscapes and executed home remodels, transforming spaces with the same precision and artistry he brought to the dance floor.
In 2013, a new adventure beckoned, and he established Lo-Ki Collateral Recovery. For seven years, Paul navigated the challenges of debt asset recovery, covering territories from Mount Vernon to Auburn, and even as far as California. This period was marked by thrilling experiences and invaluable lessons in business and human connection, shaping his understanding of resilience and adaptability.
In 2019, a moment of clarity sparked a bold pivot. With a heart full of courage, he left behind the familiar and embarked on a journey that led him to Los Angeles, California. There, Paul has pursued acting, a lifelong dream that has become one of his greatest adventures. For five years, he immersed himself in the world of performance, finding joy and fulfillment on set—a place he still considers his “happy place.”
In 2024, destiny introduced Paul Antonio and Patryk, a kindred spirit with a love for gastronomy. Together, they merged their passions—Patryk’s culinary artistry and Paul’s own flair for business and creation—to embark on their next great adventure. This new chapter is a testament to their lifelong commitment to service, a thread that runs through every endeavor. From the Navy to the dance floor, from landscapes to film sets, and now to a venture infused with love and creativity, Paul’s journey is a celebration of serving others and embracing the beauty of life’s unfolding path.

At the heart of our culinary excellence is our owner and Executive Chef, Patryk Puchalski. A true master of his craft, Chef Patryk brings 23 years of unparalleled experience, including Michelin-starred expertise, from the highest echelons of the culinary world. Having worked in many high-quality hotels and restaurants, he ensures every dish is a testament to dedication and artistry.
Chef Patryk’s extensive culinary journey began with foundational skills honed in distinguished English kitchens, including renowned restaurants and hotels like the Crown and Sandys Country Pub & Restaurant. His experience also includes serving as Executive Chef at the prestigious Grand Hotel in the center of Oslo, where he was instrumental in preparing dinners for Nobel Peace Prize winners.
Since 2011, Chef Patryk has been continuously enhancing his professional qualifications and knowledge in Norway. His impressive tenure includes significant time at the Egnø Gård Hotel, recognized by the White Guide Nordic 2017 as one of the top 10 best hotels in Norway. In 2017, in Skjolden Hotel, he immersed himself in the philosophy of running a local kitchen, deeply rooted in products sourced., directly from local farmers. Further demonstrating his exceptional skill, Chef Patryk secured 3rd position at the ICC International Culinary Competition in Oslo in 2022.
